Games for Training
The phenomenon "Serious Gaming", has really taken off in recent years. Companies and governments use games with specific learning objectives during an internal training game.
Use a game or simulation for:
- The introduction of new employees. New employees learn about the organization's core processes in a playful manner.
- Specific training with specific learning goals, for small and large groups, with or without game facilitator.
- Change Management, use a game to clarify processes and change management.
Using our 11-step method we define during 2 or 3 brainstorms all the building blocks for the game. After the game development and tests, we design and produce the complete game. The total productiontime for a training game is 10 to 12 weeks. We produce training games in any desired quantity.
