Spel-Maker has created a customized game for KPN where new employees learn about the divisions, the product groups and products of KPN.
The KPN customers game is used during the monthly release of new employees. The game is played in large groups of 80 to 100 people, with a facilitator. Fits perfectly with the theme of the game with the theme of the introductory KPN: customer satisfaction.
