The DMLO wants a specific course on leadership close with a game format.

Game Maker has partnered with the International DMLO and Blanchard developed a group game for this purpose in which the objectives of the course are completed in an accessible way and tested. The game is played in groups of 4 to 24 people, with a facilitator.

In the game, players use the theory from the SL2 model of Blanchard to choose the right leadership style. The better the leadership, the higher the strength of the team!
